ASEPTIC BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING

Aseptic beverage manufacturing is a bottling technique that uses flash thermal treatment to sterilize the liquid product before aseptically filling into a previously sterilized container, inside of a sterilized environment. Aseptic manufacturing preserves fresh, quality ingredients into shelf-stable products without preservatives. This process gives foods and beverages (like Juices, smoothies, functional drinks, and dairy products) longer, fresher shelf-life by virtually eliminating all microorganisms that causes spoilage. The benefits of aseptic processing over conventional pasteurization methods include longer shelf life, clean label, and improved nutrition.
