ASEPTIC BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING

Aseptic beverage manufacturing is a bottling technique that uses flash thermal treatment to sterilize the liquid product before aseptically filling into a previously sterilized container, inside of a sterilized environment. Aseptic manufacturing preserves fresh, quality ingredients into shelf-stable products without preservatives. This process gives foods and beverages (like Juices, smoothies, functional drinks, and dairy products) longer, fresher shelf-life by virtually eliminating all microorganisms that causes spoilage. The benefits of aseptic processing over conventional pasteurization methods include longer shelf life, clean label, and improved nutrition.

    BIB Keg systems available.

Designed for filling PET containers and ideal for still water and still products.
Electronic-volumetric filling: one of the filling valves is equipped with a magnetic flow dosing device which, by measuring the volume transferred to the container, allows the electronics to determine the time required to fill the desired content. All other filling valves are pneumatically managed based on the time defined by the valve with the magnetic flow dosing device. 38mm neck finish. Available from 2oz. to 48oz.

Aseptic BIB Filler SteriGLAND™

Our SteriGLAND™ system is an FDA approved Low Acid Liquid Food filling system. The system’s unique feature is the closed transfer of sterile liquids into individual bags through a 1/2” tuble. This is achieved by using a molded polymer fill gland with plastic membrane mounted to the tube on the tube. The bag is then irradiated. To fill the bag, the tube adapter is clamped to a patented fill head. Steam is used to sterilize the interface. The fill head then pierces the membrane allowing the closed transfer of the sterile solution into the bag. The adapter is then heat sealed closed prior to removing the bag.
Fill Capacity / Output: Up to 20 120-liter sterile solution bags per hour.
